DSO Image Sets
- Every image sold here is a master: measured, filtered, calibrated and stacked automatically, then reviewed by hand. Most targets are imaged in 300-second sub-exposures, with 30 to 60 second frames added for a few unusually bright objects.
- Most masters are 32-bit FITS. A few early sets were shot at 600 seconds and are 16-bit; we intend to re-image them, which is not a statement about their quality. Each preview is a PixInsight screen-transfer screenshot, some of them through GraXpert — no gradient removal, no cosmetic work, so what you see is what the data looks like.
- If you find a flaw we missed — a black or white column, anything that does not look right — send us a screenshot. We will repair the image, swap it for another target, or refund it. Raw and calibrated sub-frames are available on request: contact@omiastro.com.
